I am grateful that I still keep in touch with my uni friends. As we go off to get a job and live separate lives, it’s hard to carve out just one or two hours to meet up for coffee or for dinner. Everyone is busy. Luckily, modern technologies allow us to remain digitally connected.

It’s been more than 10 years since the below photo was taken. I still message Tùng, Đạt, and Vinh daily. We talk about e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g – from art, design, movie, and music to 50+ shades of life.

Tùng is an artist, a design specialist, and a dad. His point of view always holds many conceptual layers. Whenever I tell him about a problem, he would interpret it into many layers. So, I whether be ready to “think deeply” with him or just shout my problem at him and run away.

Đạt is an art director. He’s well-known for sexy/nude photography. Đat is a friend who whenever I ask about a topic he would gives me a huge source/reference to explore. Even when no one gives damn care to ask, he still shares many random topics (especially topics about Nude Art and Horror movies).

Vinh is a business owner and a gym lover. He’s now a six-pack gentleman and aims for a healthy lifestyle. To me, he is a real-creative-comedian in our group. His ways of telling or re-telling a story always make me laugh and I often feel like “damn, why didn’t I think that way”.

They are friends who saw me through some of my craziest times. They know me in ways most people don’t. They always bring positive energy to my problems. Imagine you have friends who can turn any stressful difficulty into a humorous story. Your life is full of laughter, right?
